Bundesliga live broadcast two friendly matches on their YouTube channel

Bundesliga has screened on their official YouTube channel, the friendly meetings between VfL Wolfsburg and Belgian club RSC Anderlecht (3-2), and Hamburg SV against Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem (0-0), on the 11/01/2014. Both matches were played in Abu Dhabi (UAE) during the Bundesliga winter break, from the 22/12/2013 to the 24/01/2014.

Bundesliga launched their official channel on YouTube on the 29/09/2013. Since then, a media team of the German League is posting every day new video content in English. With the translation of the contents, the goal is to target an international audience of Internet users.

Less than four months after the launching, the Bundesliga official YouTube channel has over 98,000 subscribers and the 444 videos were seen over 9.5 million times, on the 15/01/2014.
