NBA: FanDuel (fantasy leagues) extends its partnership and becomes an "Authorized Gaming Operator"

FanDuel, an American company specialised in fantasy leagues, has extended its "multiyear" partnership with the NBA and has become an "Authorized Gaming Operator" of the North American League, on 18/12/2018. FanDuel remains the "Official Daily Fantasy Partner" of the NBA as well as the WNBA.

"As part of the expanded partnership, FanDuel will gain access to official NBA betting data, along with league marks and logos, across FanDuel's sports betting offerings. Throughout the partnership FanDuel and the NBA will work together to create new and exciting game formats and collaborate on new experiences in daily fantasy and sports betting to further enhance the fan experience," added the NBA.

The NBA and WNBA became the first professional leagues to sign a partnership with FanDuel, in 2014 and 2017 respectively. "FanDuel and the NBA will also collaborate on responsible gaming and best-in-class practices to protect the integrity of NBA games," said the National Basketball Association.
