Sports Betting: Sportradar extends partnership with the Portuguese Football Federation for 3 years

Sportradar AG, a Swiss company which specialises in the monitoring of sports betting and the provision of sports data, has "renewed and extended" its "exclusive integrity partnership" with the Federação Portuguesa de Futebol (FPF), announced the FPF and Sportradar on 08/01/2019 and 09/01/2019 respectively.

"As part of the existing partnership with the FPF (signed in 2017 to combat match fixing and improve stadium security), Sportradar Integrity Services already monitored the third-tier Campeonato de Portugal football division, the first and second rounds of the Taça de Portugal and the Liga Sportzone Futsal division. All three were monitored in order to protect the competitions from betting related match-fixing," added the Swiss company.
