Ligue 1 Conforama: Jean-Pierre Rivère (president) and Julien Fournier (MD) to leave OGC Nice

"For months now, we have had minor tensions with our shareholders. As time passes, the fluidity is no longer there, unlike differences of opinion. We spoke with them at the end of the last transfer window (summer 2018) and they were reminded that for us it seemed much more reasonable and wise to look at the future in a different way. More specifically, we invited them to recruit people who could replace us in our positions," said Jean-Pierre Rivère, president of OGC Nice (Ligue 1 Conforama), with Julien Fournier, managing director for sport, during a press conference organised at the headquarters of the club in Nice (FRA) on 11/01/2018.

Jean-Pierre Rivère became the majority shareholder and chairman of OGC Nice in June 2011.
