DFL: German League to open office in Beijing (China), its third abroad after Singapore and New York

The DFL will open an office in Beijing (China) in March 2019, according to the German League on 15/01/2019. This office will be the third created by the DFL outside Germany, after those in the city-state of Singapore in 2012 and New York (USA) in 2018.

"The DFL subsidiary Bundesliga International will play a key role in building on the positive relationship between German and Chinese football following a knowledge sharing agreement established in 2016 by German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel, China's President Xi Jinping and footballing authorities from both nations," said the DFL.

The Beijing office will be headed by Patrick Stueber, the senior audiovisual rights manager for Bundesliga International, who has worked for the DFL since 2007.
