Spain: Mediapro acquires rights, in Spain, to FIFA men's (2022) and women's World Cups (2019)

The Chinese-Spanish audiovisual group Mediapro has acquired the broadcasting rights, in Spain, to the 2022 Men's World Cup (Qatar) and the 2019 Women's World Cup (France), announced FIFA on 18/01/2019.

Mediapro will create a channel 100% dedicated to the 2022 World Cup, with "24/7" coverage during the event (from 21/11 to 18/12/2022).
