Premier League: Fulham FC launches a training programme for 16-19 year olds in Valencia (ESP)

Fulham FC (Premier League) is launching an "International Player Development Programme" for young people aged 16 to 19 in Valencia, Spain, according to the London club on 17/01/2019.

The programme has been developed in partnership with the Higher Sports Academy, a company specialised in training programmes for young players aiming to be integrated into the world of professional football. During the programme, which lasts from one to two years, youngsters will receive daily coaching and will be able to follow adapted schooling with Spanish lessons for foreign players.

"The Player Development programme also offers a full match experience including games against top professional club academies from LaLiga. In addition, players attending the programme will be provided with the opportunity to register and train with Spanish league sides, gaining vital match experience playing in Spain," said Fulham FC.

The cost of registration for the development program has not yet been specified by the club or the Higher Sports Academy, which, prior to this partnership, offered training programmes…
