Serie A TIM: Juventus FC inaugurates its first academy in Shanghai, the club's fifth in China

Juventus FC (Serie A TIM) has inaugurated its first academy in the city of Shanghai (CHN) on 19/01/2019, according to the club on 23/01/2019.

Operational since September 2018, the Juventus Academy is the fifth deployed by the Turin club (ITA) in China, after those in Tianjin, Zhuhai, Nanjing and Meishan.

"The official opening of Juventus Academy Shanghai is demonstrative of the continued growth of the Bianconeri's academy family, in China and beyond, with 54 active academies around the world (see below)," added Juventus FC, who were represented by brand ambassador and former French international striker David Trezeguet during the occassion.
