Arsenal FC: Visit Rwanda (partner) offers an eight-day trip to Rwanda for a fan of the club

The Rwanda Development Board, the Rwandan agency for international investments, activated its partnership with Arsenal FC (Premier League) by offering an eight-day trip for two to Rwanda for a fan of the club on 22/01/2019.

The winner of the trip was chosen following the "Champion Challenge" a competition held at the Arsenal FC training centre which drew three finalists drawn at random, each teamed with a professional player from the club (Alexandre Lacazette, Mesut Özil and Alex Iwobi) for a series of "physical and mental challenges," said the club.

The Rwanda Development Board, became a tourism partner and sleeve partner of Arsenal FC for three seasons (2018-2021), through its subsidiary the Rwanda Convention Bureau, in charge of the tourism promotion of the East African country, on 23/05/2018. As part of the agreement, the slogan "Visit Rwanda" appears on the left sleeve of the Arsenal men's first team, U-23 men's team, and women's team shirts. Visit Rwanda has the status of major partner, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of Arsenal FC.
