Germany: bwin (sports betting) extends its partnership with the DFB for 4 years (2019-2022)

bwin, a Gibraltar-based sports betting operator belonging to the British group GVC Holdings, has renewed and extended its partnership with the German Football Association (Deutscher Fussball Bund, DFB), and has become a partner of the national teams for four years (2019-2022), according to the DFB on 30/01/2019. This is a second level partnership in the sponsorship hierarchy of the DFB.

In addition to the national teams, the sports betting operator has become a partner of the DFB-Pokal (first level) and the Allianz Frauen-Bundesliga (women's first division) for three seasons (2019-2022). Additionally, bwin continues its commitment to the 3.Liga (third division) for the next three seasons (2019-2022), as part of a first level partnership initially planned for the 2017-2019 cycle on 30/07/2017.
