AFC Bournemouth: AFCB Enterprises Ltd controls 100% of the club after buying 25% from PEAK6

"AFC Bournemouth (Premier League) Limited is now 100% owned by AFCB Enterprises Ltd, following the acquisition of PEAK6 Football Holding LLC's (a US investment fund based in Chicago, Illinois) 25% shares," announced the English club on 28/01/2019.

"The club would like to thank PEAK6 Football Holdings LLC for their investment in and commitment to AFC Bournemouth since November 2015," added the club that has been playing in the Premier League since 2015-16, the clubs first season in the top flight.

AFCB Enterprises Ltd is owned by Fortina Enterprises Limited. Both companies are registered in the British Virgin Islands. Fortina Enterprises Limited is owned by Russian businessman Maxim Demin, who now owns the entire Bournemouth (ENG) club.
