70 of the 98 clubs in the Top 5 European leagues have a sleeve sponsor in 2018-19 (71.4%), as of 01/02/2019. All 18 Bundesliga clubs have a sleeve sponsor, while 18 of the 20 Premier League clubs (90%), 16 of the 20 Ligue 1 Conforama clubs (80%) and 13 of the 20 LaLiga Santander clubs (65%) possess a sleeve sponsor. Only five of the 20 Serie A TIM clubs (25%) have a sleeve sponsor for the 2018-19 season.

69% of the companies which feature on the sleeves of the clubs of the Top 5 are based in one of the Top 5 countries. Of the 71 partners represented (Stade de Reims has two sleeve sponsors), 14 are based in France (all represented in the Ligue 1 Conforama). 13 of the sponsors are German (18.3% of the Top 5), nine are Spanish (12.6%), eight are British (11.2%) and five are Italian (7%). 11 sponsors are Asian (15.4%, South Korea, China, Japan and Vietnam), three from the United States (4.2%), two from Qatar (2.8%) and one based in Rwanda (1.4%).
