"It is a pleasure to see women's football being promoted today, which proves the importance it has gained in recent years. In 2015, the Women's World Cup drew 1.35 million spectators to the stadiums and had 750 million viewers. It is possible that the 2019 World Cup in France will have more than one billion viewers," said Fatma Samoura, FIFA secretary general, the guest of honour at Think Football 2019 on 07/02/2019.

"Women's Sport and Sportainment: Two Growth Engines", such was the title of this third edition of Think Football, a one-day event organized by News Tank Football, and for the first time at the Eiffel Campus of INSEEC U. Sport in Paris (FRA), on Thursday 07/02/2019.

Several hundred participants attended this day of conferences and exchanges whose ambassador was Laura Georges, now the secretary general of the French Football Federation: "It is an honor to be the ambassador of this event where women's football is at the heart of the debate," said the former French international in opening Think Football 2019.
