Portugal: Eleven Sports signs "long-term" agreements with the country's four TV operators

The British audiovisual group Eleven Sports has announced the signing of "long-term" distribution agreements with the four Portuguese telecommunications operators, Altice, NOS, Nowo and Vodafone, on 12/02/2019. Nowo has been distributing Eleven Sports since its launch in Portugal in August 2018.

This announcement comes on the day the Champions League resumes with the Round of 16 first-leg matches between AS Roma (Serie A TIM) - FC Porto (Liga NOS) and Manchester United FC (Premier League) - Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Conforama), on Tuesday 12/02/2019.

"Eleven Sports will be available for subscription on TV platforms in 3.9 million homes, achieving 100% pay-TV distribution. All content will be available on Eleven Sports via the four TV platforms for just €9.99 per month or €99.99 annually, mirroring the competitive price point of Eleven's online streaming service in Portugal," said the audiovisual group.
