FC Bayern Munich: agreement with the Korean Football Association to train players and coaches

"FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) has today agreed a partnership with the Korean Football Association (KFA) in Munich as part of its internationalisation strategy," announced the club on 11/02/2019. "This strategically significant partnership is the record German champions' second with an Asian association following the cooperation agreed with the Japan Football Association (JFA) in May 2018 (see below)," added the club.

As part of this agreement, which focuses on the training of players and coaches, trips will take place between South Korea and Munich (GER) as well as the organisation of friendly matches between youth teams, exchange programmes and training camps.

"South Korean football possesses great young talent and is characterised by very good youth development. We're therefore proud to enter into this partnership and to support the KFA's continued progress in the future," said Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, president of FC Bayern Munich.
