This meeting approved the new composition of the club's board of directors, following the recent entry of LionRock Capital as the club's second largest shareholder, with a 31.05% stake. Daniel Tseung and Tom Pitts of LionRock Capital have been appointed members of the board of directors with immediate effect. The first meeting of the new board of directors was held immediately after the general assembly.
