Alexander Dyukov, CEO of JSC Gazprom Neft, the oil division of the Russian gas group Gazprom, was unanimously appointed president of the RFS (Rossiyskiy Futbolnyy Soyuz/Football Union of Russia) at an extraordinary assembly held at the Lotte Hotel in Moscow (RUS) on 22/02/2019.
