DAZN: platform launches in Spain with Neymar Jr and José Mourinho named as global ambassadors

The UK OTT platform DAZN has officially launched in Spain on Wednesday 27/02/2019.

Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior, a Brazilian footballer playing for Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Conforama) and Portuguese coach José Mourinho (currently without a club) were appointed as global ambassadors for DAZN, during the launch of the OTT platform in Spain. They join the Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus FC), Mexican boxer Saúl "Canelo" Álvarez and Spanish MotoGP rider Marc Márquez (MotoGP rider, ESP) as ambassadors of the brand.

DAZN is sold at €4.99 per month in Spain compared to €9.99 in most of the markets where the platform is already present (Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, Japan, United States). DAZN is also due to launch in Brazil in the coming months, where it is already broadcasting matches on social networks.
