Manchester City FC: Xylem (USA) launches a "water complacency" awareness campaign on 27/02/2019

Xylem, an American water management company, has activated its partnership with Manchester City FC (Premier League) by launching the "Closer Than You Think" marketing campaign aimed at raising awareness among fans football of the risks posed by "water complacency," announced the club on 27/02/2019. The activation is being implemented by Lagardère Plus, the Lagardère Sports & Entertainment entity chosen to activate the partnership between Xylem and the English club on 31/07/2018.

"Through creative, multimedia storytelling, Lagardère Plus has helped create for Xylem an initiative that will show audiences how every country on earth faces serious - and escalating - water issues, such as lack of access to clean drinking water and resilience challenges in the face of increasing severe weather patterns," said Lagardère Plus.
