European Leagues: Jacco Swart (NED) recruited as managing director from 01/06/2019

The board of directors of European Leagues has recruited Jacco Swart, currently the CEO of the Dutch Eredivisie and chairman of the European Leagues Strategtic Committee on Football Matters, to be the managing director of the body, announced the European Leagues on 06/03/2019.

"European Leagues decided at their board of directors meeting in Paris (FRA), on 21/02/2019, to invest in their administrative capacity to meet the future challenges in European professional club football. Jacco Swart is available full time for the European Leagues from 01/062019," added the organisation based, like UEFA, in Nyon (SUI).
