Amer Sports: a Chinese consortium (Tencent and Anta Sports) acquires the sports equipment group

The Finnish sports equipment group Amer Sports, which owns the Salomon (ski) and Wilson (tennis) brands, has been acquired by Mascot Bidco Oy, a Chinese consortium including the Anta Sports and Tencent groups, according to specialised media on 09/03/2019. As a result of this takeover bid, Mascot Bidco Oy holds 94.38% of Amer Sports.
