UEFA: Nike becomes an official partner and match ball supplier for women's competitions (2019-2021)

The American brand Nike is expanding and extending its partnership with UEFA and has become an official partner of UEFA Women's Football, as well as the official ball supplier for European women's competitions for three years, until 2021, according to UEFA and Nike on 11/03/2019. Nike's official match ball will be used from the quarter-finals of the 2018-19 Women's Champions League.

Nike becomes the second official partner of the Women's Champions League after the American group Visa (payment solutions), which has signed a seven-year agreement (2018-2025) with UEFA. In addition to the Women's Champions League, Nike has become the official match ball of the 2021 Women's Euro, the Women's European U19 and U17 Championships, the Women's Futsal Euro 2021 and "will support the Together #weplaystrong initiative, UEFA's five-year plan to cement football as the leading female team sport in Europe," announced the brand.
