FSV Mainz 05: Kömmerling (window systems) extends as main shirt sponsor until 2022-23

Kömmerling, a German brand of window and shutter systems, has extended as main partner and main shirt sponsor of FSV Mainz 05 (Bundesliga) for four seasons (2019-2023), announced the club on 18/03/2019. The agreement was signed via its parent company Profine GmbH, a partner of the club since the 2013-14 season.

The company, based in Rhineland-Palatinate (southwestern Germany), which became the main shirt sponsor of FSV Mainz 05 for three seasons (2015-16 to 2017-18) on 10/07/2015, extended its agreement as a major partner of the club (first level) for the 2018-19 season on 05/07/2018. Kömmerling paid a total of €13m, or €4.3m per season for the 2015-2018 period. The German brand succeeded Entega, a German energy supplier and shirt sponsor of the club for the 2009-2015 cycle (€4m/year).

"It is the longest commitment of a sponsor as a main and kit sponsor that Mainz 05 has ever had in its long history of football. The contract will run whether the team are in the Bundesliga or the 2.Bundesliga," said the club.
