Bundesliga: Nürnberger (insurance) extends as main shirt sponsor of 1.FC Nürnberg (2019-2022)

Nürnberger Versicherung, a German insurance company, has extended its partnership as the main shirt sponsor of 1.FC Nürnberg for three seasons (2019-2022), on 20/03/2019. Nürnberger has been featured on the German club's shirts since 2016-17.

Nürnberger will continue to have the status of main partner, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the club. For the 2016-2019 cycle, Nürnberger pays 1.FC Nürnberg €1.5m per season.

The insurance company succeeded the German furniture brand Wolf Möbel, the club's main shirt sponsor for the 2014-2016 cycle. Wolf Möbel is a partner (second level) of the club in 2018-19.
