Lagardère Sports: Christophe Rousseau joins the licensing and merchandising department

Christophe Rousseau (FRA) has joined the liscensing and merchandising department of Lagardère Sports, belonging to the French group Lagardère Sports and Entertainment, according to the sports marketing agency on 28/03/2019.

"With more than 20 years of experience in sports business and, more specifically, in the management of sports IP rights (brand management, licensing & merchandising, retail and e-commerce), Christophe joins from the agency Troisième Ligne ("Third Line" in English) which he founded and served as president since 2005," said Lagardère Sports.

"An entrepreneur and FIFA expert, Christophe has created partnerships and managed exclusive licensing & merchandising partnerships for many leading sports rights holders, such as the French National Olympic Committee (2016-2019), the French Rugby Union League (2006-2018), LOSC Lille (2006-2019), FC Nantes (2008-2019), Stade Rennais FC (2012-2017) and the French Volleyball Federation (since 2018). Christophe was also behind the creation and development of Sportem, the European sports marketing exhibition," added the agency.
