The 20 clubs involved in the 2018-19 Ligue 1 Conforama season have nearly 100 million fans on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, according to data collected by News Tank Football on 01/04/2019. The Ligue 1 Conforama is the least popular European Top 5 league on these three social networks, with an average of nearly 5 million fans per club.

Paris Saint-Germain is the most popular French club with over 63 million fans. Olympique de Marseille follow with nearly 9.3 million fans and AS Monaco FC with more than 8.6 million.

RC Strasbourg Alsace, winner of the Coupe de la Ligue BKT (final versus EA Guingamp, 0-0, 4-1 on penalties), on 30/03/2019, was the club which experienced the best percentage growth on Instagram (+10.8%), the social network upon which Paris Saint-Germain surpassed the 20 million followers mark in March 2019.
