Publicis Groupe: creation of Publicis Sport "to support brands and advise the sporting world"

"Publicis Groupe is pleased to announce the creation of Publicis Sport in France, a strategic and creative communication agency specialised in sport. The mission of this new agency is to support brands in their strategies and speaking out in sport, but also to advise the sporting world in their brand communication," said Publicis Groupe on 11/04/2019.

Agathe Bousquet, president of Publicis Groupe France, has been setting up a new group organisation over the past 18 months based on the "Power of one" concept, which allows all customers to benefit from a transversal organisation, facilitating access to all of Publicis' expertise throughout the world.

It is on this model that Publicis Sport will operate, explained Pascal Crifo, president of the new agency, to News Tank Football: "Rather than creating a costly structure in a single step, we will rely on all the group's expertise on all levels, creative, strategic planning, data, media, social networks... I also believe that sport will take an increasingly important place in companies' CSR approach and we will be there to support them."
