adidas: inauguration of the Arena, a sports complex located at the head office (GER) on 09/08/2019

adidas announces the inauguration of the "Arena", a 52,000-square-meter sports annex built within the "World of Sports" complex, a campus for employees of the German brand located at the headquarters of adiras in Herzogenaurach (GER), on 16/04/2019.

The official opening of the building will take place on 09/08/2019, when adidas will celebrate its 70^th anniversary. Adi Dassler founded the German brand in Herzogenaurach on 18/08/1949.

"'World of Sports' offers numerous sports facilities: a football stadium for some 4,000 spectators, beach volleyball courts, tennis and basketball court as well as a climbing tower. The facilities can be used individually or as part of numerous courses and events. In addition, locker rooms and showers are available for employees cycling to work or running during lunch breaks," said adidas.
