Ligue 1 Conforama: Olympique Lyonnais partner of an elite academy in southern Vietnam

Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Conforama) participated in the inauguration of the new private training complex of the Ho Chi Minh City Federation (VIE) which is a partner of the club, in the largest city of Vietnam, on 14/04 2019.

"For more than 3 years, OL has been supporting the Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation to train the next generation of professional players in the country - more than a sporting goal, this project supported by local authorities aims to give young people a solid school education but also social to promote the employability of players from the academy," said the Lyon club.

The new academy will welcome 65 players from all over southern Vietnam. "It will offer conditions worthy of European standards, and will occasionally host the professional teams of the city and the national team," said Olympique Lyonnais.
