Cameroon: Le Coq Sportif succeeds Puma as equipment supplier of the national teams from 2019

Le Coq Sportif has become a partner of the Cameroonian Football Federation (FECAFOOT), and the equipment manufacturer of Cameroon's national teams, according to the body on 18/04/2019. The French brand will begin its partnership by equipping Cameroon's women's team for the 2019 Women's World Cup in France (from 07/06 to 07/07/2019).

Le Coq Sportif has the status of main partner, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of FECAFOOT. The French brand has previously equipped Cameroonian teams, notably during Cameroon's first participation in a World Cup in Spain in 1982 (see below). Le Coq Sportif succeeds the German brand Puma, the equipment supplier of FECAFOOT since 1998.
