LaLiga Santander: Real Betis market a 100% recycled shirt (€78) worn by the club vs Valencia CF

Real Betis Balompié (LaLiga Santander) and the Italian brand Kappa, the club's equipment supplier, have been marketing since 09/04/2019, 1,500 replicas of the 100% recycled club shirts which the club's professional team wore during their game versus Valencia CF (1-2, Matchday 33 of the 2018-19 LaLiga Santander season) on 21/04/2019.

The shirts have a different design from the 2018-19 Real Betis Balompié home shirt, keeping the traditional green and white colours, but with a checkerboard replacing the usual vertical stripes. The 1,500 replica shirts were designed using recycled plastic fibres, plastic waste and packaging collected at the end of matches played at Estadio Benito Villamarín (52,500 capacity).

The special shirt is available for €78, the same price as the 2018-19 Betis home and away shirts, and is available via the online shop as well as the club's official stores.
