eSports: two Spanish eSports players represent LaLiga at the Asia eSports Cup 2019

Two players from "LaLiga eSports TEAM" participated in the Asia eSports Cup 2019, an eSports competition held during the World Football Summit in Kuala Lumpur (MAL) on 29 and 30/04/2019.

"The LaLiga eSports TEAM have been involved in a series of activations that began back in October 2018 with an exhibition match held in China. These events aim to boost LaLiga’s presence in the eSports world as well as to raise awareness of the best players emerging from the Virtual LaLiga eSports Santander," said the Spanish League. The Virtual LaLiga eSports Santander allows Spanish players to compete against each other on the FIFA 19 video game, to determine the best player in the country.

Daniel Navarrete Martínez, from Real Betis Balompié (LaLiga Santander), and Sergio Carayol Toro ('Carayolin'), from AD Alcorcón (LaLiga 1|2|3) were the two players selected to represent LaLiga against a team of Asian players.
