UK: BBC to highlight women's sports programming via "Change the game" campaign

The British public broadcasting group BBC is promoting female sports competitions that it will broadcast in the coming months through the campaign "Change the game", launched on 01/05/2019.

The BBC will broadcast:
• The final of the SSE Women's FA Cup 2019, which will pit West Ham United against Manchester City at Wembley (London, 90,000 capacity) on Saturday 04/05/2019. The BBC also announced the extension of its broadcast rights to the competition, which includes the final and semi-finals as well as summaries of other matches, for the 2021-2025 period.
• The 2019 Women's World Cup, from 07/06 to 07/07/2019, for which it acquired the rights on 06/03/2017.
• The Wimbledon Grand Slam Tennis Tournament, from 01 to 14/07/2019.
• Netball World Cup, from 12 to 27/07/2019.
• "The Women's Ashes", a women's cricket competition between England and Australia, from 02 to 31/07/2019.

The campaign also features BBC Sport presenters and commentators from Gabby Logan, Alex Scott, Eilidh Barbour, Sue Barker, Hazel Irvine, Clare Balding, Sara Bayman, Ebony Rainford-Brent and Jeanette Kwakye.
