Atalanta BC: Gewiss (home automation) acquires stadium naming rights for six seasons (2019-2025)

Gewiss, an Italian company specialised in solutions and products for home automation, energy and lighting, has acquired the naming rights to the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia (26,562 capacity), the home of Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio (Serie A TIM), for the next six seasons (2019-2025), on 30/04/2019. The stadium will be named the "Gewiss Arena" from 01/07/2019 and its capacity will be reduced to 24,000. Gewiss' headquarters are located in Bergamo (Lombardy, ITA).

"As part of the partnership with Atalanta, Gewiss will make its team of professionals and experts available for field and tribune lighting, as well as for the management, protection and distribution of energy in all areas, internally and externally of the future stadium. The partnership has already led to the renewal of the lighting systems of the 'Achille & Cesare Bortolotti' training center in Zingonia (ITA)," said the club.
