Bundesliga: FC Bayern Munich adds a text-to-speech function to its website and application

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) is adding a "read-out function" to its website (fcbayern.com) and mobile and tablet application, which allows users to obtain an audio reproduction of a text published online, announced the club on 30/04/2019.

"The read-out fuctionality primarily enables visually impaired fans to keep up-to-date with everything happening at the club. To access the new service, just click on the appropriate button and the text will be read out. FC Bayern are thus pursuing the target of providing the maximum possible accessibilty," said the Bavarian club.

The new feature is available on all of the club's sites in German, as well as on its English and Spanish sites.
