Bundesliga: Eintracht Frankfurt opens an office in Beijing where its Chinese subsidiary is based

Eintracht Frankfurt (Bundesliga) has officially opened an office in Beijing (China), the club's first in China, on 26/04/2019.

The opening of the office had been planned since the German club opened Eintracht Frankfurt Football (Beijing) Co Ltd, its subsidiary in China, based in the Chinese capital, in December 2018. "The purpose of the Chinese subsidiary is to serve the Chinese market with German footballing know-how. The company began operating on 01/12/ 2018, headed up by Markus Weidner, Eintracht's head of international relations and sports partnerships," said Eintracht Frankfurt.

"Head of the China office is 52-year-old Li Xin, who previously worked for German organisations in sport, business and politics for several years," added the German club.
