German insurer Allianz acquired a 8.33% stake in the FC Bayern Munich AG corporation for €110m on 11/02/2014.

The Bayern Munich association is owned by a public shareholding group of 187,865 members equating to a 75% share of the company. Adidas, the sports equipment brand and automobile maker Audi will now each hold a 8.33% stake in the club...
