Copa del Rey: RTVE (public TV) to broadcast the final, FC Barcelona - Valencia CF, on 25/05/2019

The Spanish public audiovisual group RTVE has acquired the broadcasting rights in Spain for the final of the 2019 Copa del Rey from the RFEF, for an estimated €3m, according to Spanish press on 10/05/2019. The group acquired the rights to the 2018 edition for an estimated €3.5m on 12/04/2018.

The match will pit FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander) versus Valencia CF (LaLiga Santander) at the Estadio Benito Villamarín in Seville (Real Betis Balompié's 52,500 capacity stadium) on Saturday 25/05/2019.

International broadcasters had until 13/05/2019 to submit their bids to the RFEF, which markets the rights to the Copa del Rey final separately from those for the rest of the competition.
