LaLiga Santander: Real Betis Balompié presents plans for its future 51 hectare €30m training centre

Real Betis Balompié (LaLiga Santander) has presented a project for a new training centre, based in the city of Dos Hermanas, 15km from Seville (Andalusia, ESP), on 14/05/2019.

"The new training centre will be the largest in Europe, with a total size of 51 hectares, a surface bigger than other training centres in the continent, such as Manchester City FC (Premier League) or AFC Ajax (Eredivisie). This will place Real Betis at the head of Europe regarding training facilities. It will be located in a well-connected area and will be built in different phases. The first one will consist on eight 11-a-side pitches, two 7-a-side pitches, two specific training fields, stands and a multipurpose building," said Real Betis.

The investment cost for the first phase of work, which should lead to the hosting of the club's teams before the end of the 2019-20 season, is estimated at €10m.
