2018-19 Bundesliga: FC Bayern Munich crowned German champions for the seventh consecutive season

FC Bayern Munich have been crowned German champions after a 5-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt (Matchday 34, final matchday of the 2018-19 Bundesliga season) at the Allianz Arena (75,000 capacity) on Saturday 18/05/2019. The Bavarian club ended the season with 78 points (24 wins, 6 draws, 4 losses, 88 goals scored and 32 conceded), two points ahead of Borussia Dortmund (76 points).

Bayern have now won their seventh consecutive Bundesliga title. The last time that the club failed to win the title was during the 2011-12 season, which was won by Borussia Dortmund, who were also crowned champions in 2010-11.
