Premier League: Wolverhampton Wanderers FC to open official Shanghai store (CHN)

"Wolverhampton Wanderers FC (Premier League) will launch a new retail store in Shanghai this summer, which will be officially opened during the club’s participation in the Premier League Asia Trophy. (from 17 to 20/07/2019, see below)," announced the club on 14/05/2019. The inauguration is scheduled for 15/07/2019.

The new store will be located in the Bund Financial Center, near the headquarters of Fosun International, a Chinese conglomerate operating in the fields of health, finance and entertainment, and which has owned the club since 2016. Three additional boutiques will also open during the visit of Wolverhampton in China: Nanjing (Deji Plaza), Hangzhou (Fudi Active Plaza) and Chengdu (Fudi Active Plaza).

"This new Megastore is a clear sign of our ambition to become a strong global brand, embracing our fans across the world, and becoming a key part of their everyday life," stated Jeff Shi, chairman of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
