The German Office of Market Competition has approved, without any restrictions, the German pay-TV operator Sky Deutschland's acquisition of 25.1% of the German free and pay-TV channels Sport1 and 100% of the company's film and television production company PLAZAMEDIA, on 12/02/2014.
