LaLiga Santander: Spanish brand Joma succeeds Puma as equipment supplier of SD Eibar

The Spanish brand Joma has become the equipment supplier of Sociedad Deportiva Eibar (LaLiga Santander) from the 2019-20 season, according to the Spanish club on 22/05/2019. The duration of the partnership has not been officially announced, but is thought to be a four-season contract (2019-2023) according to Spanish media.

Joma has the status of a premium partner, the second level in the sponsorship hierarchy of SD Eibar. The brand will equip all of the club's teams including the professional team, the women's team and the youth teams.

Joma succeeds the German brand Puma, the Spanish club's equipment supplier from the 2015-16 season until the end of 2018-19, which paid an estimated €0.5m per season. Joma was the equipment supplier of three LaLiga Santander clubs during the 2018-19 season: Villarreal CF, Getafe CF and Club Deportivo Leganés.
