Ligue 1 Conforama: LOSC Lille collaborates with Sently.io (IT) to create a messaging service

"LOSC Lille (Ligue 1 Conforama), in collaboration with the Parisian start-up Sently.io, has created an ultra-complete 'Messenger Bot' (messaging service) combining content, tickets, shop and an after-sales service. Beyond offering an additional, innovative and very intuitive digital service and relationship to LOSC fans, this is the first bot of its kind among professional sports clubs in the world," said the Lille (FRA) club on 23/05/2019.

"Available on Facebook's Messenger application and on LOSC.fr, the network offers fans and the entire LOSC community the opportunity to get in contact with the club directly: finding out about the club's upcoming matches, buying a ticket, purchasing a shirt or getting an answer to a question about the stadium or subscriptions has never been easier," added LOSC.
