Ligue 1 Conforama: Paris Saint-Germain set to open an academy in Germany in September 2019

"Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Conforama) is set to open its first academy in Germany, in the North Rhein-Westphalia region, as part of an exclusive partnership with the Football Academy Dusseldorf GmbH," announced the French club on 03/06/2019.  

"Paris Saint-Germain Academy Germany will organise two discovery days in late June: in Dusseldorf on 22/06/2019 and Oberhausen on 29/06/2019. Supervised by Benjamin Houri, head coach at the Paris Saint-Germain Academy, and Guido Contrino, national director of football of Paris Saint-Germain Academy Germany, the two events will see their young participants take part in training and tactics sessions steeped in the playing philosophy and values of Paris Saint-Germain," said the club.

The Paris Saint-Germain Academy Germany will welcome 600 youngsters aged 6 to 16 as part of summer camps from 13/07/2019 in the cities of Düsseldorf and Oberhausen, where it will then be permanently established to receive players all year round, starting in September 2019.
