FIFA: "We know where every dollar comes from, we know where every dollar goes" (Gianni Infantino)

"For three years and four months, we have worked, we have achieved things and we can be judged on facts, not on words. We have established transparency, control and monitoring, because that is where the essence of FIFA's problem comes from. We are fully transparent, we know where every dollar comes from, we know where every dollar goes. Never again must what has happened before be repeated," said Gianni Infantino, president of FIFA, at the 69^th FIFA Congress held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, in Paris (FRA) on 05/06/2019.

President of FIFA since 26/02/2016, Gianni Infantino was re-elected by acclamation for a four-year term (2019-2023) at the Congress, which was attended by FIFA's 211 member associations.

"We say where the money goes. It's your money, it's not ours, we don't spend it on secret agreements. Everything is audited by external auditors. We should not be ashamed to generate revenue and distribute the profits, because we want to invest even more to develop football throughout the world," emphasised Gianni Infantino.
