The French Professional Football League (LFP) has unveiled a new visual identity, which will be adopted on 01/07/2019, during its General Assembly in Paris (FRA), on 06/06/2019.

The LFP "is evolving its visual identity to further embody its role as an institution at the service of French professional football. Accompanied by the design agency Dragon Rouge, all the visual elements have been modernised to increase the impact on the audience and better highlight the many facets of the institution's daily activities (organisation and regulation of competitions, economic development, social commitment)," said the League.

"The logo has been simplified and digitised to enable the LFP to adapt to new modes of communication and thus gain in professionalism. The brand territory has been reaffirmed to reflect the very essence of its missions: the development and promotion of French professional football. Visually, illustrations showing the lines of the pitch simply magnify the setting in which the premier French spectacle is created and performed," added the LFP.
