Scotland: Rod Petrie succeeds Alan McRae as the 53^rd president of the Scottish Football Association

Rod Petrie has been appointed as the 53^rd president of the Scottish Football Association (SFA). He succeeds Alan McRae, who is stepped down as president after two terms, at the Association's Annual Meeting held at Hampden Park in Glasgow (SCO) on 12/06/2019.

President of Hibernian FC (Scottish Premiership) since 2004, Rod Petrie has been vice-president of the SFA since 2011. "It goes without saying that today is a proud day and I grateful to the membership for endorsing my presidency," said Petrie.

Mike Mulraney, chairman of Alloa Athletic FC (Scottish Championship) and SFA board member, has been appointed vice-president of the Scottish Football Association.
