AFCON 2019: DAZN acquires broadcasting rights in Germany, Austria and Brazil

DAZN has acquired exclusive broadcasting rights for the Total 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (Egypt, from 21/06 to 19/07/2019), for Germany, Austria and Brazil, announced the OTT platform on 19/06/2019.

DAZN also announced on the same day the acquisition of the broadcasting rights in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Brazil for the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup. The competition is taking place in the United States, Costa Rica and Jamaica, and began on 15/06/2019 and will end on 07/07/2019.

"Total 2019 Africa Cup of Nations and Concacaf Gold Cup join DAZN's increasingly extensive catalogue of football worldwide, which already includes Premier League, Champion's League, FA Cup, LaLiga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Coppa Italia, Copa del Rey, MLS and J1-League, among other competitions," said DAZN.
