Total 2019 AFCON: Puma, most represented equipment supplier among the 15 brands present (24 teams)

Puma is the equipment supplier of the national teams of four federations (Ivory Coast, Egypt, Ghana and Senegal) participating in the Total 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, the same number as for the 2017 edition and one less than during the 2015 AFCON. The German brand is the most represented equipment manufacturer in the competition (16.6% of federations/associations), for the third consecutive edition.

adidas (GER), Garman (ITA), Kappa (ITA), Macron (ITA), Nike (USA) and Umbro (USA) equip two African federations (8.3%) respectively, while the other eight brands are the equipment suppliers of one team. A total of 15 equipment manufacturers supply the 24 participating teams of the Total 2019 AFCON.

Seven national teams have an equipment manufacturer based in Germany (29.1%), while six are based in Italy (25%), four brands in the USA (16.6%) and three in France (12.5%) - including Qelemes, a French brand distributed in Senegal.
